With a network of over 45 miles of trails, you can choose from various loops and routes based on your preference. Just a warning, there are no totally flat carriage roads. All of them are hilly and some are pretty steep!

The flattest stretch that we have found is starting at Eagle Lake and traveling to Bubble Pond. This is one of the easy bike trails in Acadia National Park.

Schoodic Peninsula Loop Road

If you’re up for a slightly longer adventure, consider exploring the Schoodic Peninsula Loop Road. Located on the mainland section of Acadia National Park, this 7-mile loop offers a chance to enjoy breathtaking coastal views and serene forests.

This is a road so not best suited for young children.
